INTRODUCTION
Summer Cabbage can be found in either round or pointed forms and has been in existence since before 1000BC.
All Cabbage types and varieties are highly nutritious and particularly high in fibre, beta-carotene, vitamin C and vitamin K.
Cabbage is a versatile vegetable and can be eaten either cooked or raw. It is usually the main ingredient in coleslaw.
